A Global Native Phone Number SKU is necessary to purchase numbers.

A rate card for each type of phone number will define the phone number monthly recurring charge and usage metered rates for each country. Per number MRC & per minute charge rates contribute towards annual commit.

KYC (know your customer) documentation may be required to purchase phone numbers in certain countries.

A virtual phone number is a working telephone number that is not tied to any physical location or device. Calls to a virtual number can be set up to route to mobile devices, physical office phones, software-based “softphones” on computers, and even other phone numbers.
