And that gave us a huge advantage against our competitors and any other service provider that depends on other dynamics.”
The firm has also remained nimble by taking advantage of Zoom’s interoperability, finding ways to use the platform even when other solutions get thrown into the mix. “Even though we have this base product, we like to use it with other platforms,” Heriberto noted.
