“Our previous video conferencing and communication solutions were difficult to keep up to date, were not user-friendly, and were not adapted so that we could easily use them with our customers, for that we needed something better and that is where Zoom appeared,” Gross Urrego said.

“After evaluating various alternatives from other providers, we decided to make Zoom solutions available to users during the pandemic and simply let the user decide which tool they preferred and the adoption of Zoom was immediate in a natural way,” Gross Urrego said.

“One of the small details that were decisive for using Zoom in front of other competitors was the ease of using video to see us all at the same time in crowded meetings, the other platforms make it complicated, is not easy and intuitive to use and does not allow you to use galleries. It was decisive for us that we could humanize meetings by looking at our faces in the most natural and intuitive way.”

“The second thing we noticed in the process of rapid adoption of Zoom by users and the IT team was the Zoom collaborators we interacted with in the process, it was a motivating and inspiring experience. In those details, you realize that behind a brand there is passion and professionalism in what is done.”

“With the successful adoption of Zoom video and the wonderful experience of our relationship with the Zoom team, we decided a month later to try Zoom Phone and not renew the phone platform we had to have a more flexible and dynamic system in the cloud. The decision to implement Zoom Phone was one of the most successful disruptive improvements technologically, administratively, and economically.”

“One thing our CIO kept telling us is that, if we brought back employees or customers to the office, we had to give it an exceptional, different, and innovative experience that is much more enriching than being in their homes. If they come to the office we must help them to be much more productive and dynamic because if we do not give them something better… they stay at home,” Gross Urrego said.
