Every business has its origin story. While some businesses started in a basement or as a big idea on a napkin, Referral Staffing Solutions launched from Shobi Zietlow’s living room couch. Today, it boasts 50 employees spread across two locations, providing recruitment services and job placements that connect businesses with talented employees in Wisconsin and Minnesota. 

In order for RSS to be successful, the team depends heavily on video, voice, and collaboration technology to communicate with clients and prospective employees. “If I’m traveling from location to location, I have the Zoom Phone app on my phone,” she said. “I can have seamless communication while I’m on the road, and I’m able to bounce between locations depending on what the needs are.”
