Between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022, Zoom received the below privacy rights requests from California consumers. On average, all privacy rights requests were responded to within four days.

Certain data may not be provided or may be retained according to the Zoom Privacy Statement, for example, to comply with applicable laws. Examples of denied requests include requests that were not verifiable, requests that were not made by the consumer, and requests that were exempt from disclosure.

Requests to Opt-Out of Sale

This includes requests to opt out of the “sale” of personal data or “sharing” of personal data for targeted advertising purposes. Zoom does not sell your personal data in the conventional sense. Please refer to the Zoom Privacy Statement for additional details.
