Disclosure of Privacy Rights Requests

Between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, Zoom received 10,814 privacy rights requests which were fulfilled in whole or in part, and 531 privacy rights requests which were denied. On average, all privacy rights requests were responded to within one day.

Certain data may not be provided or may be retained according to the Zoom Privacy Statement, for example, to comply with applicable laws. Examples of denied requests include requests that were not verifiable, requests that were not made by the consumer, and requests that were exempt from disclosure.
