Zoom Phone Notice of Calling Limitations for International Destinations

Effective September 2021

Carriers and regulators in many destinations have spam/fraud monitoring requirements on certain call types or traffic patterns. Calls may be blocked by underlying or connecting carriers or regulators if the calls meet the criteria employed in these destinations. This limitation is universal for all international telecommunications traffic (it is not unique to Zoom Phone). Zoom has no control or influence over spam/fraud monitoring and blocking measures that are employed by these entities.

unsolicited marketing calls.
short duration calls (under 3 min).

high volume of unanswered or canceled calls.
calls from telephone numbers that have been flagged by other telecom carriers.
