Letter of Authorization (LOA)

      a. Should be hand-signed and dated within the last 3 months

      b. The local address on the LOA Should match the area code of the porting numbers.

      c. Company Stamp on the LOA

      d. CVP - Code of Validation of Porting - on Invoice of the actual operator

      e. Copy of Certidão de Registo Comercial (commercial registry certificate) and ID card for signature validation or a Declaration of Power of Attorney – proving that the signature is legally recognized and that the person or persons who sign has the power to act according to the Certidão de Registo Comercial
