Box is a content management platform that helps enterprises store, share, and collaborate on some of their most important assets.

The organization’s struggles to get people into a video meeting and get things started on time, and the need to seamlessly video-in remote offices led Box to seek a more intuitive, frictionless communications experience.

Zoom is now the video solution of choice for Box, which uses Zoom for its most important customer meetings, its executive briefing center (EBC), and as part of its integrated web meeting experience.
